Ratcliffe Bake-Off 2016

The annual Ratcliffe Bake-Off took place on Wednesday 2nd March.

The challenge this year was to make a batch of fruit scones using a given recipe. The atmosphere in the Food Technology area was very relaxed with a buzz of anxiousness amongst the competitors. All competitors were in Year 8 and received points for their house. The finished products were judged on taste and appearance by Helena Yu, Christy Yeung and myself. The results were as follows:

2nd Emily Wetton
3rd Sophie Brown
