Teaching Staff Vacancies
Part time Teacher of Music
(with the possibility of Head of Performance); 0.55 FTE
Required for September 2018
We require an outstanding musician and a lively and creative teacher to develop performance and academic music within this very active and high profile department of the School. He/she will teach throughout the Senior School. The post holder will work closely with the Director of Music and a full-time Teacher of Music as well as other high calibre musicians amongst the teaching staff, including the leader of the Leicester Symphony Orchestra and the Assistant Head and Head of Sixth Form, a former Choral Scholar of Magdalen College Oxford and King’s College Cambridge.
A well-qualified graduate who does not have a teaching qualification will be considered but must be prepared to study for a PGCE.
