The Governors of Ratcliffe College wish to appoint a dynamic and business minded Bursar to provide inspirational leadership to the College’s support team and support the Head in leading the College through the next stage of its development.
Ratcliffe College is a co-educational Catholic day and boarding school for pupils aged from 3 to 18 set in an exceptional rural location just north of Leicester. The College has enjoyed a period of exceptional pupil growth in recent years and has invested extensively in its infrastructure. With a recently appointed Head the College has plans to develop further its outstanding facilities in the next few years and this is a key position which will share and support the Headmaster’s vision for the College and shape future strategy and success.
You will be a strong communicator and people leader with overall responsibility for Financial and Commercial Operations, Risk Management and Health and Safety, Facilities Management, major Development Projects, Catering and Housekeeping, General Management and Administration.
